For everyone that love bacon,here are some good news from Sweden.The latest research shows that this food in moderation is good for health,but also for your weight.But animals fats are considered unhealthy for many years.Experts described that it leads to heart problems,obisity and other problems.They were kicked out of diet of many patients and until recently had a bad reputation.However, new Swedish research shows that they are not that bad.
