Spice that improves memory in just an hour!
New research by scientists from Australia reveals that curcumin(the main chemical compound of turmeric) has a great effect on memory and can accelerate it only after one hour.
The study included 60 healthy adults of middle age.They filled out a questionnaire that included questions about their living habits.Participants were taking supplements of curcumin so the researchers tested their memory before and after taking curcumin.
The results showed that curcumin improves memory after only an hour!
The cognitive function of participants were much better, their blood circulation was better and were less likely to feel mood swings.
Even participants, who have suffered from Alchaimerove disease, anxiety, dementia, irritability and apathy,they felt the positive changes after taking supplements of curcumin.
Participants in the study took 700 milligrams of curcumin daily for a period of 12 weeks.Experts point out that,before taking curcumin, you definitely have to consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Previous studies have shown that people who consume curcumin felt the positive changes to their health only after a month.Only one year of regular consumption of curcumin is enough to significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
